Beavis and Butt-Head discover that they have head lice, and embark on a mission to kill the bugs "the old fashioned way."

BEAVIS:  Heh heh heh heh heh, foreskin irritation.  Heh heh heh...

After that incident involving the bug zapper and Beavis' nads, I think it's safe to say he'll soon be seeking treatment for erectile dysfunction.  Overall, I give this episode a rating of "pretty cool".  I wouldn't spend money on shampoo either.  Now lets kill these bugs the old fashioned way!  Hold still butt-munch...
